To spark ideas for new exciting research, broaden our network, deepen existing collaborations, and explore new collaboration possibilities, the Strimling Lab has a program for visiting scholars.
We invite well-established, senior researchers as well as promising junior researchers to visit us at the Institute for Futures Studies (IFFS) in Stockholm, Sweden, for up to two weeks.
IFFS offers a bustling and multi-disciplinary research environment in the middle of Stockholm. You can read more about what is going on at IFFS here.

🧠 Topics of Interest: This invitation is extended to researchers with a focus on a wide spectrum of topics including but not limited to opinion change, artificial intelligence (AI), technology diffusion, migration and health, predictive memetics, norm diffusion, and more. Examples of our research areas can be found here, here, here, and here. If your research does not fall precisely within these specified domains but exhibits areas of intersection, we encourage you to get in touch anyway.
🎓 Suitable Career Stage: We cordially invite researchers at all career stages, encompassing both seasoned professionals and emerging scholars. Your dedication to research and alignment with our areas of interest take precedence over your career trajectory.
💼 Financial Support: If we find that our research interests align and we're a good fit, the Institute for Futures Studies may cover travel expenses and accommodation during your visit to IFFS.
